Does your office file for insurance?
As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to file dental insurance claims for you. Whenever dental insurance coverage requires a predetermination of benefits prior to dental work, your dentist will submit a treatment plan with designated fees so that you and your insurance company are aware of fees involved. Please provide us with a current insurance card for each family member for each visit.
At what age should I start taking my child to see the dentist?
